The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into effect in May this year applies also to sports clubs,
therefore the Mismanagement has taken action to make Copenhagen H3 GDPR compliant.

We have reviewed the way we obtain and store the personally identifiable data (PII) of all Copenhashers,
and we have taken several actions to make sure that your data is safe.

We also need your help to become and stay GDPR compliant.
Therefore, we would like to ask you to:

  • Refrain from mentioning real names of hashers on Facebook/Meetup/written communication etc. unless their profile mentions them.
Please be aware that everybody is responsible for the information they share.
  • If you are having an on-on at your home address, please let the Hash Tech know if you allow for your address to be mentioned on the run list and on Meetup.
If you want to keep it secret, we will only mention the area, and the exact address will only be mentioned in the circle.
  • If you are in possession of an old copy of the address list, please remove it.

If you have any questions regarding how CH3 handles your personal data, please contact the Mismanagement.
